As the official Airline of the Conference Rex Airlines will be offering all conference delegates access to a range of special conference fares offering between 10% and 50% discount off the full economy fares to Whyalla from across their network. Delegates booking early will have access to the bigger discounts.

To access the conference fare please call the Rex Customer Call Centre on 131713 and quote the conference code “REXMSA” and the password “Whyalla”. The conference fares are available for travel between 03 December and 10 December 2011.

Fare conditions

1. Flight changes are permitted up to 72 hours before schedule time of departure.

2. Applicable change fees will apply

3. Name changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure free of charge

4. Change of origin or Destination is not permitted

5. Cancellations inside one month and outside 7 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

6. Cancellations inside 7 days prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

7. Fare is forfeited for failure to check in before the flight is closed. Check in closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

8. Checked Baggage allowance is strictly 15kg. Excess baggage charge is $5.50 per kg and is carried subject to weight and space availa
