Welcome Letter
Dear Executive,
Mark your diary for the 4th Annual Gladstone Resources Conference which is taking place on the 23rd and 24th of February in Gladstone.
The 2012 event will focus on the future of Gladstone, delivering comprehensive case studies and updates from key projects in Gladstone and its surrounds.
New to this year’s program are the one hour helicopter tours which will take you sky-high over Gladstone, allowing you to take in the vast collection of projects and development sites now observable in and around the city.
The Gladstone Port Tour is back again by popular demand, and is even bigger and better. The two hour cruise up to Western Basin will allow participants to view sites including Fisherman’s Landing reclamation, Curtis Island LNG precinct, the Shore based logistics centres and the WICET site.
These unique site tours will take place on the eve of the conference: Wednesday 22nd February, while additional helicopter tours can be scheduled for Friday the 24th after the conference...
Delegates registering for the conference before 13 January, 2012 can attend the Port Tour for free, as our guest! The conference program includes case study presentations not to be missed on:
- Gladstone Steel Plant Project (GSPP)
- The Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal
- Bechtel’s construction projects in Gladstone
