Q. How do I find a specific conference on the site?

A. There are several ways to search for a specific event:
i) Search by industry category on the left hand menu.
ii) Use the Quick Search options, again these are on the left hand side of the menu.
iii) If you have received a brochure it will have a unique URL for the conference, this will take you directly to the conference page, simply enter this into your web browser, for example: www.iir.com.au/gladstone

Q. I would like to speak or present a paper at your conference?

A. Contact the General Manager from the relevant industry sector on our contacts page

Q. I would like to sponsor or exhibit at your event?

A. Contact the Sponsorship Manager from the relevant industry sector on our contacts page

Q. I would like to enquire about co hosting an event as a joint venture

Q. How do I go about booking flights and accommodation for the event and am I responsible for making these arrangements?

A. Yes, The travel and accommodation information on the back of the event flier has the correct contact details of the hotel or travel agent to arrange this with. We have negotiated a reserved rate on accommodation for delegates. To get a quote or make booking call 1800 817 339. www.lido.com.au/conference

Q. What happens if I have to cancel?

A. You have several options:
1) Send a substitute in your place at no extra charge.
2) Confirm your cancellation up to two weeks from the event date in writing and receive a refund less a service charge of $440 + 10% GST.
3) If you cancel with less than two weeks notice, regrettably we cannot offer you a refund. See cancellation policy for full details

Q. What is the dress code for attending the conference?

A. Smart Business attire is recommended. Dont forget your business cards either!

Q. What does Black-tie mean?

A. Tuxedo for men and evening wear for ladies

Q. Is there car parking available at the conference venue? How much does it cost? Is there a special rate for delegates?

A. Please contact either the Hotel directly or our customer service team on +61 2 9080 4090 and they will enquire on your behalf.

Q. Is lunch available on the day?

A. Yes, we provide lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Q. Can delegates share tickets?

A. In some instances. Please contact our customer service team on +61 2 9080 4090 for further details.

Q. Do delegates receive tickets before the event?

A. No, you will receive confirmation electronically.

Q. Do we accept Diners credit card as a form of payment?

A. Yes

Q. Do we provide printed delegate lists?

A. Due to privacy laws we do not provide delegate lists. However, a printed version is available to view on the noticeboard at each event.

Q. Can I attend for one day? How much does this cost?

A. Yes, we welcome one day bookings. The price is 75% of the 2 day standard rate.

Q. Can I attend the workshop only?

A. Yes, if the price is not advertised then please contact our customer service team on +61 2 9080 4090 for further details.

Q. Can I attend the dinner only?

A. In some instances this is not permitted. If the promotional material or web-site does not make this clear then please contact our customer service team on +61 2 9080 4090 for further details.
